Of all the festivals to play at, this is the one that matters most to me. For years I have been imagining not only how much I wanted to share this film with Peruvians, but also to see how Peruvians would react with respect to the sensitivity of the subject matter. I worked very hard in the creative process to not only properly investigate the Agrarian Reform but also to deeply respect it. My fingers are crossed that it is well received.
