El Comercio is the New York Times of Peru if you will. I got a call from a journalist (Rodrigo Bedoya Forno) about a month ago asking to do a phone interview with regard to Último Recurso’s selection into Tribeca. I told him I was happy to do so but he would have to be patient with my Spanish – over the phone it is so much more difficult than in person. Anyway, he switched into pretty much flawless English and we took it from there. Nevertheless, the article is in Spanish. You can always Google Translate – it’s fast!
